the room was cleaned daily and included a refrigerator, which was a nice touch. While we enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the pristine bathroom, the absence of a lift made accessing our first-floor room challenging for us as an older couple. the surrounding area offered some pleasant parks for relaxation, and landmarks like Monash University enriched our visit.

Everything was good, handy location near nearby facilities/ eateries, the pub on the opposite side of road and the shopping centre, good experience. The helpful staff members provided a few recommendations. Meals were fab, and there was The Entrance Hotel near the property...

We stayed here for 7 nights, and everything was great. the units were a good size, offering a continental breakfast, with four beds and a cozy three-seater couch. the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. the location was ideal, as the town center was just a short stroll away. Plus, it was a peaceful area, making it easy to explore nearby food outlets and restaurants.

The bedroom was cozy and had a nice theme to it. We booked our stay for $409. the location was ideal, right across the road from a pub, and close to a shopping center and public transport, including the railway station. 😊.

Staff were friendly and helpful. My disability unit was well equiped to meet my needs. The entrance to reception was not wheelchair friendly nor the access to the dining room for breakfast. However staff were happy to provide breakfast in my room. There is a good ramp from the carpark and a specified disabled park.
Lack of wheelchair access to reception and dining room

Our bankcard statement was charged with $952 on 13.10.11, but we were advised that this amount would be transacted on our card because the manager could find no record of payment from Booked.net. The grounds were in need of maintenance. We stayed 4 nights with minimum room service, and no offer of a reduction in rates for extended stay. Fire alarm was disconnected (room 14). Iron dirty and malfunctioning.
